Generally, we close our books on the 20th of the month. Your monthly management statement is then emailed out by the 25th of the month and your ACH transfer occurs on the 25th as well.
Monthly proceeds are transferred directly to your bank account each month by electronic cash transfer (ACH). We can also pay you directly by check if that is the preferred method.
Park Place Property Management requires that vendors doing work at your property, under the guidance of Park Place Property Management, to be licensed and bonded.
